This is a chin spoiler for Celica's from 1970-1974. It can be modified to fit a 1975, but I'm not entirely sure what needs to be done to do that.
This will replace the stock front lower valance. This will bolt to the fenders. You will need to drill the mounting holes. You can use the original bolts that you removed from the original lower valance.
